Pipedrive is shown on Premium, its first plan with lead scoring and lead routing, which Gabriel includes. At 5 users on monthly billing, Freshsales Pro and monday CRM Pro cost slightly less than Gabriel. Gabriel puts the dialer, scoring, routing, booking pages, PSA integration and SSO on one plan, and pulls ahead as teams grow past 5 users and need higher tiers. Your Twilio calling charges, AI provider usage and Seamless.ai credits are billed by those providers.

Before you choose

Questions to ask before choosing a CRM

  1. 1

What will it cost at 10 users, on the plan with the features you need?

Entry prices rarely include automation or sequences. Price the plan you'd actually use, at the team size you expect next year.

  2. 2

Which features sit in a higher tier or an add-on?

Scoring, routing, sequences, transcription and AI are common upgrade triggers. List the ones you need and find the plan where each starts.

  3. 3

Does it automate follow-up, or just store data?

Look for routing, task creation and cadence enrollment that run on their own when a lead comes in.

  4. 4

    Can you reach a person?

Find out who answers when something breaks, and how. Gabriel's phone number is on every page.

  5. 5

Can you export your data and leave?

Make sure you can export to CSV anytime. In Gabriel you can, and you can request a full export.

FAQ

Comparison questions

Where do these prices come from?

From each vendor's published US pricing page, checked Oct 22, 2026. Each comparison page links its sources. Prices exclude tax and change often, so check the vendor's page before you buy.

Is Gabriel always the cheapest option?

No. At 5 users on monthly billing, Freshsales Pro and monday CRM Pro cost slightly less than Gabriel, and several vendors offer lower entry plans and annual discounts. Gabriel's advantage is that everything is on one plan, and it pulls ahead as teams grow past 5 users and need higher tiers.

How often do you re-check competitor prices?

Every quarter. Each page shows the date of the last check.

Does Gabriel have a free plan?

No. Gabriel has a 14-day free trial with every feature and integration, and no credit card. After that it's $249 a month for up to 5 users.

Can I move my data from another CRM?

Yes. Export your companies, contacts, leads and deals to CSV and import them into Gabriel (up to 10 MB per file). There's no one-click migration.
