PSA integration: Autotask today, ConnectWise coming soon

Sell in Gabriel. Deliver in your PSA.

Gabriel's PSA integration brings your companies and contacts in, and pushes your companies, contacts and opportunities out, so sales and service work from the same records. It works with Autotask today, and ConnectWise is coming soon.

What it does

Import, push and auto-sync

Import

Bring in companies (pick company types; include inactive), with their contacts and locations. Or import just the contacts you sell to, with filters that include your user-defined fields.

Push

Send companies (name, phone, website, address, type, and owner on first push), their contacts, and opportunities with monthly revenue, one-time revenue, term and expected close date.

Auto-sync

After the first push, editing a linked company, contact or opportunity in Gabriel updates it in Autotask.

  • Opportunities, tickets and contracts can't be imported from Autotask.
  • Opportunity stage and won/lost aren't sent, so close deals in Autotask too.
  • Mobile phone and Autotask user-defined fields aren't synced on push.
  • Automations can't create Autotask records. Read the Autotask help article.
