Pipeline management

A pipeline you can actually trust.

Leads, companies, contacts and deals in one place, with the stages, probabilities and scores your team needs to work the right deals first.

Everything from first touch to closed deal

One record for every lead, company, contact and deal, so nobody has to ask where things stand.

Leads

Leads stay separate until they're real

Work new leads on their own list, so your contacts stay clean. When a lead is qualified, convert it to a contact, a company and a deal in one step.

  • A dedicated leads list with its own statuses
  • One-step conversion to contact, company and deal
  • Deleted contacts go to a recycle bin, not into thin air

Pipelines

Multiple pipelines, your stages

Set up a pipeline for each way you sell, with your own stages. Each stage carries a win probability, so the board shows a weighted total you can actually forecast from.

  • Board view of every stage
  • Win probability per stage
  • Weighted totals on every pipeline

Deal types

Recurring and one-time deals

Mark a deal as recurring and enter its monthly value, or as one-time for a project or product sale. Set the contract term, and Gabriel shows the annual contract value.

  • Monthly recurring (MRR) or one-time value
  • Contract term and ACV on the deal
  • Reported separately, never lumped together

Lead scoring

Lead score and ICP fit

Describe your Ideal Customer Profile once. Every lead gets a 0–100 score and a fit verdict against that profile, so reps know who to call first.

  • 0–100 lead score
  • Fit verdict: Strong fit, Partial fit and more
  • See the score on every lead

Import

Import in minutes

Bring leads, contacts, companies and deals over from CSV files. Export to CSV whenever you like. Your data belongs to you.

  • CSV import for each record type
  • CSV export anytime
  • Full data export on request
How teams use it

Monday pipeline review in ten minutes

Open the board, check lead scores, and every rep leaves knowing what to work this week.

  1. 1

    Check the weighted total

The board shows each stage and its weighted value, so you see what's likely to close, not just what's open.

  2. 2

    Move stalled deals

Move deals to the right stage as you talk through them, and the weighted totals follow.

  3. 3

    Work the best leads first

Check new leads' scores and ICP fit, and hand reps the Strong fits before the long shots.

Good to know

  • Each lead has one email address.
  • Imports use CSV files, up to 10 MB per file.
  • Pipeline management is included on the one plan: $249/month for up to 5 users. See how it works in the help center.
FAQ

Pipeline questions, answered

Can I run more than one pipeline?

Yes. Create as many pipelines as you need, each with its own stages and win probabilities. The default pipeline is Qualification, Discovery, Proposal, Negotiation, then Won or Lost.

How does the lead score work?

Every lead gets a score from 0 to 100, plus an ICP fit verdict (such as Strong fit or Partial fit) measured against the Ideal Customer Profile you set up. Reps can see who to work first.

How do I bring my existing data in?

Import leads, contacts, companies and deals from CSV files (up to 10 MB per file). You can export to CSV at any time, and request a full export of your data.
