Built-in calling

Call from your browser. Every call logged.

Dial from any record or work a call queue with the script on screen. Record and transcribe calls if you choose, and every call lands on the right record without typing it up.

The phone and the CRM, finally in one place

No second app, no typing it up afterward. The call, the notes and the outcome all live on the record.

  • Call scripts you write once and reuse
  • Script, dialer and wrap-up on one screen

Call with the script on screen

Dial from the browser, follow the script, and drop a voicemail if nobody answers.

Pick the outcome, add a note, and the next call is up. The manager sees it all in the Calling report.

Good to know

  • Calling runs on your company's own Twilio account, and Twilio bills you directly for minutes and phone numbers. Gabriel creates the Twilio app for you during setup.
  • Without Twilio connected, phone numbers open your device's phone app.
  • The call queue isn't available on phones. Gabriel runs in your browser, and there's no mobile app or SMS today.
  • Recording and transcription are optional. See how calling is set up in the help center.
FAQ

Calling questions, answered

Do I need my own Twilio account?

Yes. Calling runs on your company's own Twilio account, and Twilio bills you directly for minutes and phone numbers. Gabriel creates the Twilio app for you during setup.

What if Twilio isn't connected yet?

Phone numbers in Gabriel open your device's phone app instead, so your team can start calling on day one and switch to browser calling once Twilio is connected.

What about call-recording consent?

Recording and transcription are optional. You choose whether they're on for your team and set the consent settings, and your reps should follow your consent policy on every call.
